C\u2019est dans ce contexte que s\u2019inscrivent les axes de recherche de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.<\/p><p>Les\u00a0 proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de valorisation biologique d\u2019effluents industriels, de d\u00e9chets agro-alimentaires et d\u2019extraits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sont les principaux socles de la recherche de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.\u00a0\u00a0 Il s&rsquo;agit de:<\/p><p>&#8211;\u00a0 la mise au point de m\u00e9thodes de bio\u00e9limination microbiennne de polluants en incluant\u00a0 l&rsquo;adsorption\u00a0 sur charbon actif et sur mat\u00e9riaux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p><p>&#8211; la valorisation biologique des extraits issus de d\u00e9chets agro-industriels r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s en \u00e9valuant leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s biologiques.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe est\u00a0 amen\u00e9e \u00e0 mettre au point des bioproc\u00e9d\u00e9s\u00a0 \u00e9cocompatibles conformes aux principes de la chimie verte et du respect des contraintes du d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p><p>Concernant le premier grand volet,\u00a0 l\u2019objectif final est la mise au point de bior\u00e9acteurs continus \u00e0 bact\u00e9ries immobilis\u00e9es utilisables en aval de l\u2019industrie chimique pour le traitement des effluents contamin\u00e9s en polluants organiques et\/ou en amont par les stations d\u2019\u00e9puration des eaux us\u00e9es pour diminuer la charge polluante chimique re\u00e7ue.\u00a0 Il s\u2019av\u00e8re important de pr\u00e9coniser aux industries chimiques engendrant des polluants organiques de doter leurs installations de bior\u00e9acteurs \u00e0 cellules bact\u00e9riennes immobilis\u00e9es pour le traitement de leurs effluents liquides avant de les envoyer dans les \u00e9gouts. Ce type de dispositif permettrait d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le processus de traitement biologique tout en assurant une \u00e9limination certaine des polluants organiques persistants qui constitue un r\u00e9el danger de sant\u00e9 publique. Ainsi la charge polluante qui arrivera aux stations de traitements des eaux us\u00e9es sera\u00a0 moindre,\u00a0 ce qui assurera une p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 certaine des installations et une production de boues activ\u00e9es de qualit\u00e9 acceptable pour l\u2019agriculture, en plus d\u2019une protection certaine de l\u2019environnement. A ce propos,\u00a0 les travaux de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe ont permis la mise au point d\u2019un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 innovant par immobilisation de bact\u00e9ries\u00a0 au traitement des effluents industriels,\u00a0 une technique biologique a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e, elle permettra de d\u00e9grader les polluants organiques sans r\u00e9percussions sur l\u2019environnement.<\/p><p>Concernant le second grand volet,\u00a0 les objectifs sont de proposer une valeur ajout\u00e9e cons\u00e9quente aux co-produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux par l\u2019extraction de mol\u00e9cules cibl\u00e9es en fonction du co-produit \u00e0 valoriser (antioxydants, vitamines, huile, colorants, fibres, pigments) par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s innovants tels que l\u2019extraction assist\u00e9e par micro-ondes, l\u2019extraction sous ultrasons, ou des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s conventionnels.\u00a0 Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s innovants mis au point par l\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche permettront d\u2019une part de favoriser la performance du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et d\u2019autre part de s\u2019inscrire dans la d\u00e9marche du d\u00e9veloppement durable et de la chimie
